Supervision requirements bogging you down?

Clinical supervision is a formal process that provides professional support, learning, and reflection to help with individual development. It's a work-focused relationship-based education and training that involves an evaluative component.

Jessica Vermaak, MS, LMHC-QS, LPCC-S has been a Qualified Supervisor since 2018. She provides supervision in both Florida and Ohio. Her method of supervision involves teaching, providing corrective feedback on the supervisee’s performance, and collaborative goal-setting. She is non-judgmental, professional, clear, and attentive.

You’ve finally met the right supervisor.

“Leadership is not a position or a title, it is action and example”

Individual Supervision is offered on a one-to-one basis. This process helps the Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) support professional development face-to-face. Supervision is offered 1 hour weekly, in person or virtually, to satisfy licensing requirements.
